Process during artwork

  • I have the right to refuse to work on art if the artist feels uncomfortable during this process. Depending on the way the client interacts with said artist, there will be a refund. If the client holds themselves poorly, there will be no refund.

  • 50% of deposit must be paid before sketching phase can occur

  • During sketch/concept stage, the artist will provide concept sketches and ideas. The client will be able to make changes to those ideas during this time.

  • In order to produce satisfactory work, both the artist and client must be in contact with each other to communicate about the piece.

  • The client has the right to cancel a commission during it's production stage and receive 5%-50% of what they have paid depending on the scale and how much has been completed that far.

  • The client cannot ask for a refund after the piece is completed and handed over.

  • The artist is allowed to refund the piece if the client is being disrespectful and/or poor communication.

  • Two revisions during sketch phase, two minor revision after colour, afterwards, it will occur a 20%-50% additional cost depending on scale.

Usage

  • My usage of my art for NFTs will not be tolerated and I have the right to demand to take down artwork if so

  • The client has to agree the artwork is for private use only and will not profit from it.

  • The artist retains the rights to the artwork and is allowed to post it online to social media, unless asked not to by the client (i.e spoilers for D&D campaign)

  • The client is allowed to post the artworks to their social media

  • The client is allowed to print artworks for PERSONAL USE only, such as gifting to friends, family and D&D members

  • The client cannot edit the artwork, this can be discussed with the artist if it requires editing.

Process

  • Please complete the forum above.

  • Include in your message of any references, face claims, mood boards, basic info about your character (name, pronouns, age)

  • Please infodump as much as you want about your character! I would love to know more about them and it would be very helpful!

  • If an idea of how the character is to be posed/how they interact with their environment, please share! Stick figures also help a lot!

  • If the commission is accepted, I shall send an invoice for a deposit.

  • Once at least 50% has been paid of the deposit, I shall begin the sketching phase.

  • From this sketches will be shown for you to sign off and lead towards a final sketch.

  • If any major changes are created, it will incur a 10-50% additional cost, which will be forewarned before the changes are made

  • When the artwork is complete, I shall send a watermarked version via google drive. Once the full deposit has been made, I shall send the unwatermarked version.
